We brewed this double IPA with so many thiol-releasing compounds, it tastes more like a tropical air raid. Mosaic and cryo-nectaron provide aroma's of extreme over-ripe mango, guava and topnotes dank/skunky pine trees. Probably the most thiol-rich DIPA produced in Belgium right now. Challenge us!
