Haddock

We teamed up with the guys at White Labs to brew this crisp belgian pale ale! While Labs came over to us with a special belgian yeast blend and we brewed a light colored wort that we hopped heavily with Saaz, Tettnanger and Perle, both in the boil and post fermentation. The result is a refreshing crisp pale ale with lots of herbal hops, a distinct bitterness and just the right amount of belgian yeast touch.
