What a way to finish! Liquid cake with a chocolate and blueberry fruited ganache. Smell of vanilla and ‘Engelse drop’. Luxurious mouthfeel, maple syrup sweetness and, presumably, bourbon barrel wood. Big boozy blubber bugger!
