A classic Hazy IPA with the addition of hot Sauvignon pomace pressed from the day. A classic Neipa malt base, Barbe Rouge and Mistral whole-flower hops, and Elixir dry hops, fermented with a thiol-activating yeast. Cloudy, balanced, very fruity, and smooth.
