A delicious west coast IPA brewed with Simcoe and Galaxy. It comes with a solid, classic bitterness and a bright, fruity hop expression rounding up the sip. Strictly speaking, Galaxy hops are not exactly traditional in westies, but they bring out that tropical character, that really works well with the resinous counterpart. The body is on the dry side. with a touch of candy like sweetness from the caramel malt.
