Zoet, maar goed in balans. Rum proef je inderdaad wel, maar zonder dat het boozy wordt. Gevaarlijk bier wel (hoog %, maar dat heb je niet snel door).
De rumgeur stuift eruit. Zit ook in de smaak, met fruit tonen. Ook een dropje zit erin. Mooie volle smaak.
Not my fav style, weizenbock, but Uiltje did well with this BA version. Sweet, banana, caramel and a vanilla touch. Rum is the star in this brew, not too alcoholic in taste, vanilla, raisins.
Advent#7 een barrel aged in het pakket. Ik kan dit zeer waarderen. Mooie zoete fruitige tonen met een rum smaak. Meestal zijn het stouts of barleywine maar dit misstaat niet. Proost!
